Melissa Bachmann
I grew up in Newmarket and spent 22 years living, working, and playing in Newmarket, Aurora, and King City. My passion for horses taught me the values of hard work, dedication, and responsibility, which have guided me throughout my life. After earning a Bachelor of Arts and spending time in Toronto, I felt it was time for a change.
In 2013, I bought my first home in Wasaga Beach, and living near the water and ski hills was one of the best decisions I made. Now, I live in Wasaga Beach with my husband, two kids, and three fur children (two dogs and a cat).
I’ve bought and sold investment properties in the Southern Georgian Bay area and am now exploring vacation rentals on Six Mile Channel. I truly enjoy helping people navigate the excitement and challenges of buying and selling homes. If you’re looking to buy, sell, or just have questions about the market, I’d love to connect!
